1. What is the concept of LendBee?
It is a social lending of movie CDs/DVDs, audio CDs and books with in a group or community. Meaning, People lend their used movie CDs/DVDs or audio CDs or books to other members of that group or community at FREE OF COST.

2. What do I get out of this concept?
As a borrower, You are getting the joy of watching your favorite movies or listening to pulsating music or reading great books at FREE OF COST. As a lender, You are giving big joy to your community members.

3. Do I need to upload/download movies?
No...No...You don't need to upload or download anything. You just need to go and pick the item(CD/DVD/Book) MANUALLY from the item owner's place.

4. How can I book the movie/audio/book?
Create an account in LendBee with proper Email ID(Please note that all the future correspondence will be through your email ID). Search for your favorite item and book it. Please note that booking of an item is merely a request sending process and NOT a reservation process.

5. How can I get the item?
After booking the item, your request will be sent to the corresponding item owner. He may Accept or Reject your request. If he approves your request, He will tell you the place and time to pick up the item. You have to go to the item owner's place and pick up the item as per the item owner's convenience.

6. When should I return the item?
You should return the item with in one week or two weeks as per the item owner's choice. It is always good to return as soon as you finished using it and let others to book it. Of course, you should return it in good condition.

7. What should I do if I had lost or damaged the item?
You are fully responsible for the items you borrow. If you had lost it or damaged it, you have to replace it with new one or you have to give the cash equivalent to the NEW ONE of the lost/damaged item, whichever is demanded by the item owner.

8. I booked an item but I didn't get any response from the item owner. When will I get the response?
Item owner may respond to you immediately or any time later. He might have given the item to some one else. So there may be a delay in accepting your request. He will accept your request as soon as he decided to lend the item to you. Please understand that it is impossible to accept everybody's requests at the same time.

9. I booked the item first but the item owner gave it to somebody else. Why?
Cool...LendBee is not working based on "First come first serve" basis. Item owner has full rights to decide whom to lend first.

10. I don't want to show my items to everybody but I want to lend my items to very limited number of people. Can I do that?
Yes, you can very well do that. While adding items to your "LendBee" account, select "Display" type as "Don't show to public". This option will hide your items from search and other listings. You have to manually tell and lend items to your friends. To keep track of the items you lent PRIVATELY, use "Mark as lent" button in the "My Items" page.
